WARRICK C.M. NORMAN

WARRICK C.M. NORMAN is a founder and managing member of the General Partner and Investment Advisor. Mr. Norman has over 15 years as an experienced stock and options trader as well as over 20 years of continuous market experience and exposure. His experience includes positions as a stock broker and financial officer within the finance industry. Since 2005, Mr. Norman has been working on the development of the Supra Vantage™. It is his knowledge of statistics and probability that helped Mr. Norman to develop the strategies being used. Mr. Norman is dedicated to educating and assisting individuals to formalize and achieve their financial goals and realize financial stability.

Mr. Norman graduated from the University of Florida with a Finance degree (1989). Mr. Norman is FINRA Series 7 (Full Registration/General Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) examination qualified.

TIMOTHY C. MINGO

TIMOTHY C. MINGO is a founder and managing member of the General Partner and Investment Advisor. Mr. Mingo serves as the chief executive officer and founding member of Olive Branch Home Buyer’s, LLC, a South Florida based real estate investment and development firm specializing in the areas of residential and commercial property including acquisitions, construction, and development. As CEO of Olive Branch Home Buyer’s, he is responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the company’s $12 million dollar asset portfolio. His duties include evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing and rehabilitating commercial properties consistent with the mission and goals of Olive Branch as well as industry standards. In addition, Mr. Mingo oversees administrative management of the company’s operations, organization, planning and structuring, capital formation, property management, human resource management, market analysis, marketing strategies, property inspection and evaluation, and property valuation.

For 24 years Timothy worked in the public sector for the Florida Department of Corrections (“FDC”) with his principal position as Warden of Prisons throughout the state before retiring in 2004. As Warden, he was responsible for care, custody, and treatment of offenders. Administratively, he oversaw hiring, discipline, separation of employees, development and implementation of policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Timothy’s duties also included insuring security and safety control in the prison and in the general public. During his tenure with the FDC, he managed the construction of prison building.

Timothy received his Life, Health and Annuities license in 1990 and was an agent with Midland North American and Harford Life Insurance Companies. Mr. Mingo obtained his Series 6 license and marketed mutual funds and retirement plans for First American Classics Securities and North American Management.

Mr. Mingo has 16 years of experiences trading equities and options. Mr. Mingo has extensive training and experience in options strategies, fundamental and technical analysis and charting. As an expert in developing and managing budgets and vital resources, management of maintenance and construction projects, preparation for and passing of inspections, audits and other compliance regulations, Timothy Mingo brings a robust portfolio of experience to SUPRA VANTAGE FUND, L.P.

Mr. Mingo received his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Management from Bethune-Cookman University in (1978). Mr. Mingo received his Certification in Public Management Degree from Florida State University (1992).

He is FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination) Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative) examination qualified.
